KPark is a South Australian owned business headquartered in the Adelaide CBD. We have several parking locations throughout the CBD and Glenelg, South Australia.

24 hour a day Reserved parking is offered at many of our locations across Adelaide.

Some of our locations can offer caravan or large vehicle parking. Please email enquiries to park@karidis.com.au

There are EV Charging Bays available at the 20 Playhouse Lane car park. Additional charging fees apply.

20 Playhouse Lane has a clearance of 2.08m and Light Centre (149 Currie Street) has a clearance of 2.10m. Our open-air car parks don’t have any height restrictions.

If your car is damaged in one of our car parks you will need to make a Police Report and notify your insurer. Please keep us informed and we will assist where we can.

Lost tickets are charged at the maximum daily rate, therefore we encourage you to look after your ticket carefully.

KPark has a contactless payment system at 20 Playhouse Land and Light Centre, however we don’t currently utilise an app for online bookings or payments.

We have multiple car parks conveniently located near Adelaide Hospitals.

There is accessible parking available at most of our locations.

Most of our parks are cashless and you can pay with all generally accepted credit cards. A small surcharge applies.

You are more than welcome to leave your car in one of our parks overnight. Overnight charges will apply.

We don’t have this option currently available for casual parking. Please contact us for large group or special event bookings.

No booking is required at our sites.

Our multi-level car parks have counters showing available bays prior to you entering the carpark.
LONG TERM PARKING

To cancel your Reserved parking space please email park@karidis.com.au. Please note that a 30 day notice period applies.

Invoices are emailed monthly and you can either pay via eft or using your credit card. If you need to update credit card details, please contact park@karidis.com.au well in advance of the payment date.
BILLING & ACCOUNTS

All our locations accept credit and debit cards. Please note for hourly rates at 53 Light Square and 282 Pulteney Street, coins are required.

Monthly Parking

KPark passes are used at only one location per pass.

There is a waiting list at some of our locations. To register your interest, please email park@karidis.com.au for an application form.

An application form and payment information will need to be provided by the new parker. Please email park@karidis.com.au and we will guide you through this process.

Reminders will be sent for late payments at KPark’s discretion. KPark reserves the right to stop access to the car park if fees are overdue.

While we cannot guarantee availability of your bay, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email park@karidis.com.au if you wish to pause your reserved parking.

You will be required to complete an application form containing contact details, license number, car registration and payment information.
